Small ideas can make Metro greater.

Place sign on car that says if Air Conditioning not working, to immediately contact train conductor.

Place a sign on a car that says if the AC isn't working, you can contact Metro immediately by texting or emailing a particular office, so you have real-time feedback on the broken cars.

The current online system for submitting complaints about AC not working is very slow and by the time you get a response back (which is usually non-responsive), it is several days later. AC during the summer in tunnels is a necessity, and should be a priority. Make it easier and quicker to report these sorts of failures to Metro and have someone take immediate action to check it out.
