Small ideas can make Metro greater.

Water for hot days with long waits.

Add vending machines for water, or even just a cooler full of water, for when outdoor waits are too long and hot to be safe for all.

It makes sense that waits will be slightly longer during SafeTrack. But that can leave passengers who might be elderly, infirm, heat-sensitive, etc. waiting in high temperatures outdoors with no shade. Yesterday, I saw a woman nearly pass out on the platform from heat. Just having a water-only vending machine, or fountain, or similar, would go a long way toward improving safety and comfort while longer-than-usual delays are keeping people in the weather longer.
